Good to know
- When should we come?
- Most people come in summer, for the sea, with the meltemi keeping things breezy. Spring and autumn are quieter and kinder for walking. If your dates fall in winter, ask us before you plan around a tour: we’d rather say no than force a day the island isn’t offering.
- Do you cover both islands?
- Yes. Choose four hours on Paros, four hours on Antiparos, or the eight-hour day on both. Every tour is private, with your own escort, and you can change the plan or ask for more time or less.
- How do I book?
- Email info@ecaravan.gr with your dates and how many of you are coming, and we’ll reply with what those dates allow. Prefer to talk? Call or message +30 697 981 9470 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). There’s no booking form and no payment on this site.
- What should I bring?
- Shoes you can walk in, something for the sun, and swimwear if the sea is calling. If your day needs anything else, we’ll tell you when we reply.
- What does a tour cost?
- Every tour is one price per van, not per person — the only per-person costs are the Antiparos ferry and the cave entry (by age), and lunch, if you’d like it. All the numbers are on the tours page, under Prices, and we confirm your price in writing before you pay.
- Is it a boat trip?
- No — our tours travel by van, with a short ferry crossing when the day takes in Antiparos. If a day out on the water is what you’re after, a boat trip would suit you better than one of ours.
- What if the wind is up or the weather turns?
- On most windy days we simply move the plan to the sheltered side of the island. If a day genuinely can’t go ahead because of the weather, you choose: a new date, or a full refund.
- Can we bring children or older relatives?
- Yes — all ages are welcome, from young children (child seats are available) to older relatives, and we shape the pace of the day around your group. Just tell us who’s coming when you write.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer, card, or cash on the day — whichever suits you. Nothing is paid on this website; how and when to pay is agreed directly with us, in writing, before the day itself.
- What’s included?
- Every tour includes the van with its driver, your own escort, and pickup and drop-off anywhere on Paros and Antiparos, with no extra charge for remote places or villas. Paid per person where it applies: the Antiparos ferry, entry to the Cave of Antiparos, and lunch if you’d like it. All the numbers are on the tours page, under Prices.
- How many people fit?
- Each van seats 6–7 guests, plus your escort and driver. Bigger groups simply add a second van — that’s the only extra for group size — and it’s always private, never mixed with another group.
- Which languages do your escorts speak?
- English, Greek, Hungarian or German, depending on the escort. For any other language, we can arrange a partner escort on request — just let us know when you write.
- When can a tour start, and how far ahead should we book?
- Whenever suits you — morning, afternoon or sunset, any day from April to October. We’d love a few days’ notice to arrange things properly, so book ahead when you can.
- Can you meet us off a cruise ship?
- Yes, that can be arranged on request. Ship times can shift at short notice, so email us your ship and expected times and we’ll work around them.
- Can you arrange a custom day?
- Yes, on request. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll agree a longer or shorter day, or a different mix of stops, in writing before you book.
- How quickly do you reply?
- We reply to email within 24 hours. For anything urgent or last-minute, call or message us on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
- Can guests with limited mobility join?
- Write to us by email and tell us what you need, and we’ll tell you honestly what works for the day you have in mind.
